HTTP-based authorisation and authentication for RabbitMQ

This plugin provides the ability for your RabbitMQ server to perform authentication (determining who can log in) and authorisation (determining what permissions they have) by making requests to an HTTP server.
As with all authentication plugins, this one requires rabbitmq-server 2.3.1 or later.
Make sure to enable plugin using `rabbitmq-plugins enable rabbitmq_auth_backend_http`
Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:keks9n/rabbitmq-auth-backend-http to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:keks9n/rabbitmq-auth-backend-http
sudo apt update
