Bufferbloat linux kernel (qfq, fq_codel, and codel network schedulers) and supporting tools for Ubuntu 12.04, 12.10:

This PPA includes:
for Ubuntu 12.04:
- 3.5.0-1.1 kernel (includes bufferbloat) built for Ubuntu 12.04
for Ubuntu 12.04, 12.10, Raring:
- iproute (20121211-2) "iproute2" package from Debian Experimental
(optional, but provides 'tc' with enhanced bufferbloat statistics)

Quick start-up notes:
After installing this PPA, enable the new fq_codel network scheduler
on your network interface with:
$ sudo tc qdisc add dev {network-interface} root fq_codel
(Switch 'add' for 'del' to disable fq_codel)

You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:kamalmostafa/bufferbloat to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
