Note that flash-kernel doesn't recognize the raspi-rt kernel flavor and thus won't install it. Run the following (once) to fix that:

$ sed -i 's/\(raspi-nolpae\)$/\1 raspi-rt/' /usr/share/flash-kernel/db/all.db

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:juergh/raspi-rt
sudo apt update
