Trainer/Solutions Engineer/Technical Writer-Jesse has over 20 years of cradle-to-cradle experience in information design, project management, and systems design. For the telecommunications industry, he designed documentation, and processes in support of design, engineering, sales and marketing. He is a member of the IEEE Professional Communications Society, the Society for Technical Communication, and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.

An award winning poet, entrepreneur, and extra class amateur radio operator (call sign WB2IFS), Mr. Alexander graduated Cum Laude and Tau Beta Pi with Bachelors of Science and Masters of Engineering degrees in Electrical Engineering from Howard University, Washington, DC.
