WorldForge characters need more footwear for Worldforge Media

A number of the outfits are missing footwear. Also for purposes of testing the body parts system it would be useful for a few new types of footwear to be created. - Sandals (feet visible) - Shoe (feet off/ankles on) - Short Boot (feet,ankles off / calves on) - High Boot (feet,ankles,calves off / knees on)

New head variants for the existing male. for Worldforge Media

The existing male has only one head currently, we should try to provide a few more variants of this head to extend the usefulness of the character and add more variety to the world as our primary NPC character. These new variants could include some hair and potentially use new texture maps as well.
