Linux + BFS + BFQ

PPA description

Much of this is discussed here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/424927

Main Ubuntu kernel packages plus:
* BFS CPU scheduler by Con Kolivas: http://ck.kolivas.org/patches/bfs/
* BFQ I/O scheduler by Fabio Checconi and Paolo Valente: http://feanor.sssup.it/~fabio/linux/bfq/patches/

Should be faster.

It is possible that with some number of CPU cores over 16, the CFS (mainline) CPU scheduler would be faster than BFS. It is for this reason, and their unwillingness to include two CPU schedulers, that BFS will not be included in the mainline kernel. Testing would be appreciated.
