remove repository

https://*/mariadb/repo/10.9/ubuntu/ focal main"

and winehq repository on you /etc/apt/sources.list or /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*

add

sudo add-apt-repository -y ppa:andykimpe/winehq-mariadb

sudo apt update

sudo apt-get -y install winehq-stable mariadb-server mariadb-client mariadb-common mysql-common mariadb-server-10.9 mariadb-client-10.9
