* xorgparser.py:
    - removeSection() and commentOutSection() now remove any reference to the
      sections they remove/comment out from self.identifiers
* 0-test.py:
    - modify the existing tests to test the corrections to removeSection() and
      commentOutSection() in xorgparser.py
