Fixed install process. Everything should work after install now.

I never got any feedback, so I assumed everything got configured nicely during installation. However, I doubt that was the case.
So if anybody tries webcontentcontrol, PLEASE GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK!
Otherwise, if it doesn't work for you, it probably never will.

-Added configuration scripts for tinyproxy, dansguardian and firefox.
-They are called after installation so that tinyproxy, dansguardian and firefox get configured correctly.
-Firefox gets configured so that its proxy settings are locked down. This enables SSL filtering.
