v1.3.6 released: Uninstall problems fixed

This release fixes the uninstall problems some people had.

The PPA has changed. It is now here: https://launchpad.net/~webcontentcontrol/+archive/webcontentcontrol

Note 1:
If you are upgrading from an older version and the removal of the old version fails, do the following:

sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/webcontentcontrol.prerm
sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/webcontentcontrol.postrm
sudo apt-get remove --purge webcontentcontrol
sudo apt-get remove --purge firehol tinyproxy dansguardian
======================
