  * New upstream version:
    - Switch DOWNLOAD default to "Downloads" instead of "Download" to
      to match the other names
    - Fix bashisms in xdg-user-dirs
    - Updated translations
  * debian/patches/01_bashism.patch
    debian/patches/91_cvs_download_rename.patch:
    - the changes are in the new version
  * debian/patches/90_rosetta_translations_update.patch:
    - don't use those for now they are outdated and will not reflect the new
      downloads directory in the current version for example
