Comment 10 for bug 274402

Can someone who was seeing this bug confirm that the package in hardy-proposed fixes the problem, please? I don't seem to be able to reproduce the original problem, including with an i386 chroot running on an amd64 system; what's the behavior I should expect to see with the buggy version?
