Marco: Yes, if I pin it to the launcher then it won't dissapear. But. The behaviour remains the same, the focus will still jump back and forth between the top Nautilus icon and the lower HDD icon. And if the focus is on the Nautilus icon and if I click on the HDD icon then a new window will open.
This isn't good anyhow.
