Blocked: Lack of Licence

I've had a source code drop for 0.68 from DaltonMaag (thank you
Malcolm) with 4x Fontlab .vfb, 4x Visual TrueType .ttf source,
1x CacheTT configuration and 4x Output .ttfs.

I've had the go-ahead from Mark to upload these materials to the PPA
on the same basis as the current binary .ttfs. (Copyright Canonical,
no explicit Licence to do otherwise---standard Copyright applies).

The intention is to write a midstream (between upstream and
downstream) build step to rearrange the source materials into a native
package .orig.tar, following Nicholas' suggested layout/naming where
possible and incorporating the additional documentation content.

  AOB:

A small HTML-based microsite will be created, linking to
the existing Launchpad/Wiki/PPA locations and providing:

  1. Simple binary .zip containing 4x fonts
  2. Copy-and-paste webfont instructions
