Comment 8 for bug 2017949

FTR, the ubuntu-advantage-tools team found some issues, so this was effectively verification-failed and 28 is being superseded by 28.1. Since 28 was never released to -updates, we can just re-use the same bug, and I can see that -v was used correctly for the uploads so all the metadata and process should be correct.
