I like the sound of that. In particular, *not* having yet another "reply" button
is a Good Thing, IMO.

However, this is perhaps more radical, but maybe you should even assign this
list functionality to "Reply" instead of "Reply All"? That would make it
symmetric to the newsgroup behaviour, where "Reply" will post to the group, and
"Reply All" to the group and the sender of the original newsgroup message (there
is no direct way to reply only to the sender, as far as I know.)
