Seems to break double extension file downloading.

Try to download firefox-3.0a9pre.en-US.linux-i686.tar.bz2 from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk/

And you'll get this in error console :

Reopening and backing out the patch could be a good idea ? Because it is a big regression :(
