* Update the patches:
- upstream_Update-unit-test-for-collection-appending-and-mergin.patch:
drop, backported from upstream
* Mark the xvfb, xauth, kio, and dbus build dependencies as !nocheck, as they
are needed only when running the test suite by dh_auto_test.
* Add the tidy build dependency, as it is used in a test.
