tellico (3.1-0.3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Add the libkf5cddb-dev build dependency, to finally enable the support for
    CDDB. (Closes: #796129)
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.1.3, no changes required.
  * Restrict the tellico-scripts dependency in tellico to not allow lower
    versions of the former.
  * Move the khelpcenter recommend in tellico-doc.

 Tellico is a collection manager for KDE. It includes default collections for
 books, bibliographies, comic books, videos, music, coins, stamps, trading
 cards, and wines.
