  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Review the Frameworks build dependencies, to install directly what tellico
    requires:
    - remove libkf5kdelibs4support-dev
    - add libkf5doctools-dev, libkf5guiaddons-dev, libkf5khtml-dev,
      libkf5i18n-dev, libkf5itemmodels-dev, libkf5kio-dev,
      libkf5widgetsaddons-dev, libkf5windowsystem-dev, and libkf5xmlgui-dev
  * Update the stub man page.
  * Explicitly add gettext as build dependency (for translations).
  * Point watch file to the archive.
  * Switch libyaz4-dev build dependency to libyaz-dev, so it is not tied to
    some specific version.
