Binary package hint: telepathy-sofiasip

With telepathy-sofiasip 0.6.2, inbound video calls on Empathy are
broken for me. Outbound video calls work fine. Upgrading to 0.6.3
fixes it.

(My exact test setup is an Empathy client registed to a Tandberg VCS
 Expressway and a Tandberg E20 registered to the same Expressway.
 Calls from Empathy to the E20 work fine. Calls from the E20 to
 Empathy hang on the Empathy side during call setup.)
