* Fix stop depend on python-rsvg (unused since upstream release 44).

* Declare compliance with Debian Policy 4.1.1.
* Update watch file: Use substitution strings.

The Calculate Activity is an infix-notation graphing calculator. Type
an expression or select components from the toolbars, and press Return
to evaluate it.
