  * New upstream release.
  * Stevedore now maintained by pkg-openstack team.
  * Now using openstack-pkg-tools.
  * Added debian/gbp.conf.
  * Added Pre-Depends: dpkg (>= 1.15.6~) because of xz compression.
  * Rewrote long description.
