Comment 25 for bug 453444

Enabled karmic-proposed yesterday, and made an update. I saw that it added the new rsyslog package, but I am still getting all these lines in three logs, kern.log, syslog as well as messages.

Mind you, I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to this, so please tell me if you want me to issue some commands to see if the fix actually got applied etc.

some quick info about the machine:
