Confirmament, x86 Ubuntu.

Methinks it has something to do with pycentral or some other dependency of python-apt, bzr, and the like.

pycentral wants libapt-pkg-libc6.6-6.so.4.5.
libapt-pkg-libc6.7-6.so.4.6 is what is provided in hardy, in the apt package.
