  * Backport the following from experimental:
    - Don't use numexpr for **, as it has different overflow behaviour.
    - Tests: don't use : in numexpr variable names.
    - Use tzdata-legacy where old-style timezone names are used.
    - Clean up after tests.
    - Tests: re-enable numba tests.
