As a temporary workaround you can run

dpkg -i --force-overwrite /var/cache/apt/archives/libossp-uuid16_1.6.2-1_amd64.deb

The correct fix is to add

Replaces: libossp-uuid15 (>= 1.6.0~)

to libossp-uuid16's section of control file. This is because #362982
