  * d/control, d/nfs-ganesha-rados-grace*: Add ganesha-rados-grace to enable
    active-active NFS-Ganesha setups. Without this tool, the only HA mode
    available is active-passive with a shared IP resource such as a VIP
    (LP: #1960899).
