    - Changed debian-start to just exit 0
    - Removed debian-start.inc.sh, which was only used by debian-start
    - Drop install of d/additions/debian-start.inc.sh
  * d/a/source_mysql-5.7.py: strip lines from log that may contain
    passwords (LP: #1574458)
  * Restart server after running mysqld_upgrade (LP: #1576647)
  * Try to fail postinst with useful error message if server can
    not start (LP: #1602763)
