In case, someone else also runs into this issue on 20.04, make sure you have the "focal-updates" sources enabled.

Check (or add) the following line to your /etc/apt/sources.list:

```
## Major bug fix updates produced after the final release of the
## distribution.
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ focal-updates main restricted universe multiverse
# deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ focal-updates main restricted universe multiverse
```
