SRU Justification

Impact: Add missing byte count accumulation for transmit packets
This patch is copied from the upstream atl2 driver patch in upstream

commit e2f092ff9bf2ab515c14d2208b5f08c7d389d5d2. It is *not*
this patch since the ubuntu/atl2 driver is of different vintage.

The necessary patch is already in Jaunty 2.6.28
