Hi, my Toshiba laptop also suffer from this bug.

I tried the patched kernel, but it did not work for me.

I suspect that this is because I have a different result on "Product Name" in dmidecode than what's in the patch, mine's "SATELLITE PRO U200".

I've attached my dmidecode for reference.
