I would also like to confirm this bug.
Running Linux Mint 5 (Hardy base) with kernel 2.6.24.21. running wl driver for broadcom 4321.
We mostly get kernel panic when waking up from suspension or hibernation. It seems wl driver is trying to reconnect but fails. about 3 out of 4 times frequency of getting kernel panic this way.

I am tempted to try Intrepid 2.6.27 kernel, but that's a different bug report. Not having any luck with Intrepid live CD as yet.
