    - adds missing #include for GCC 4.4 (closes: #504882)
  * Bump sonames: libaqbanking20 -> libaqbanking28, libaqhbci13 -> libaqhbci15,
    libqbanking6 -> libqbanking7 and rename files accordingly. Also several
    files have been changed to reflect this soname bump.
