  * [netbook] Set PackageManager to muon-discover. This allows the shell to
    launch discover when using the 'plasma toolbox' to edit the SAL.
  * [netbook] Fix default layout setup to handle favorites initialization and
    include capabilities to let casper inject ubiquity for live sessions.
