* modified the management of dpatch to allow the clean target to be
successful: '10-configure.dpatch' is removed manually from debian/patched
upon the clean target and then every clean action is done explicitely.
* modified '10-configure.dpatch' to let the file 'subdirs' unchanged since
it is generated again during the configure step.
* bumped Standards-Version to 3.8.0 (no changes needed)
* debian/copyright: restricted to GPL-2 as there're not references to higher
versions of the GPL in its copyright file
