kdevelop (4:5.4.6-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Team upload.
  * Bump the debhelper compatibility to 12:
    - switch the debhelper build dependency to debhelper-compat 12
    - remove debian/compat
    - drop the dh_makeshlibs override, as -V is done by default
  * Enable all the reprotest variations in the salsa CI.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.5.0, no changes required.
