Yes, the lib was there, but this changed totally in intrepid.
Intrepid now has several other libqt4-* packages, e.g. libqt4-dbus where the dbus interface to qt was laid off.
this was never in hardies version...
but now it's back in intrepid.
+ libqt4-network for working properly
