no, hardy is a LTS and that means the desktop will get 3 years of security support but there is no guaranty about standard bug fix or the speed at which ones issues will be addressed

the work is done on a best effort basis and often by volunteers, I've added this bug to the hardy updates candidates but the activity is somewhat lower during holidays, you are welcome to purchase support contract if you need quick fixing though
