Please tell me that your address means you might be able to get someone to focus on this nasty, nasty bug!

While I think my description is more appropriate this is a duplicate of:

And more! But more importantly perhaps this is partly my fault! I consider myself a devoted "early tester", I think I'm reliable with iso-testing (as Lance) and I like to think I help in some minor way to shape the future of Ubuntu.

That said, I blew it! When I first noticed this behavior I tried to duplicate and just didn't "get it"! After the release of Lucid and seeing the ongoing problem I finally woke up and asked myself, "did I understand the drive and partition designations in Linux when I started"?

Of course the answer is no.

I'll be glad to test any potential remedies to this bug. Let's squash it fast!
