gdm3 41.3-1ubuntu2 source package in Ubuntu

Changelog

gdm3 (41.3-1ubuntu2) jammy; urgency=medium

  * debian/gdm3.postinst:
    - restore chown call, Debian reworked how the permission was set but we
      have an Ubuntu hack there which was leading to the .config directory
      to be owned by the wrong user without the owner change. Should fix
      gdm not loading on the current daily ISO
