Confirm this bug.
Dependencies state :
python (<2.7)
python (>=2.6)

First line in /usr/bin/gdesklets :
#!/usr/bin/python2.5

I tried creating a symlink to python2.6 as python2.5, but gdesklets didn't run. Installing python2.5 fixed it.
