Please forgive me, I'm a little baffled on this bug report...
First, please correct the title/description, as I don't think:
"Can open Private directory after a reboot"
is what you mean as the topic of this bug.
Second, if that bug is solved, let's mark it as such. Please open a
new bug for new issue.
Third, I can't see any way that it's possible for
mount.ecryptfs_private or umount.ecryptfs_private to operate on a
system-wide basis. In the new bug that you open on that issue, I'm
going to need detailed instructions on how to reproduce this behavior.
