Another release and I still haven't found any time to work on this.

CC'ing Martin Pitt, desktop team lead. Martin, too late for Karmic, but do you think you or someone on your team might be able to throw a little bit of effort into merging the UI work that Michael has done, and ensure that we have sufficient GUI integration for eCryptfs functionality?
