I think this problem may have been reintroduced in Eclipse 3.5.2 on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS. I'm running into the exact same 'The Artifact file ... was not found'. I tried to install plugins for both FindBugs (http://findbugs.cs.umd.edu/eclipse) and Subclipse (http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.6.x). Has anyone else out there experienced this?
