  * debian/cron.d
    - Run cron script every hour and not every 5 minutes (Closes: #456182)

  * debian/rules
    - Removed binary-arch section, moved all actions to binary-indep

  * debian/control
    - Swapped httpd | apache2 order to comply with policy
    - Bumped Standard-Version to 3.7.3, no change needed
