deja-dup 29.1-0ubuntu4 source package in Ubuntu

Changelog

deja-dup (29.1-0ubuntu4) trusty; urgency=low

  * debian/rules:
    - Set DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH ourselves, instead of relying on it to be
      set for us. Allows dep8 test to be built the same way the deb
      file is, fixing dep8 failure.
