  * Make package lintian clean and improve packaging:
    - Bump Standard-Version to 3.8.2 (no further changes).
    - Move DH_COMPAT from debian/rules to debian/compat and set to level 5.
    - Drop unnecessary configure target from debian/rules.
    - Do not ignore errors from 'make clean' in debian/rules.
    - Update copyright file.
    - Build-Depends on debhelper >= 5.
    - Add Homepage and VCS headers.
    - Drop debian/rules.cdbs and debian/dd_rescue.1.patch.
    - Drop irrelevant CFLAGS from debian/rules.
    - Update watch format to version 3. (Closes: #529105)
    - Disable INSTALLFLAGS in Makefile so we don't strip the binary.
      (Closes: #436709)
    - Improve long description to make difference between
      gddrescue and ddrescue more obvious. (Closes: #537697)
      (Closes: #505831)
    - Provide README.Debian and document log flodding issue.
