Hi guys, did you ever get this resolved? I have the identical problem with the CX11N via USB in Lucid. The only difference between Matt's CX11NF and my CX11N is the fax which I believe has no PC connectivity anyway.
Cheers guys, hope you can help - I've searched everywhere for the answer to no avail and am now getting desperate! :-(
