Yea that was kind off what I mean. That just the default bottom border is set to high.

Tested your suggestion and as I use A4 as default changed it to 9.72 (same as top margin) and that worked perfectly. Now top and bottom margin are the same and printout margins are pretty close to what they were in Hardy.
